Born and raised in the vibrant city of New York, I bring my unique background and passion for holistic health to my practice as a licensed massage therapist. I hold an AOS degree in Massage Therapy from PCOM, where I developed a strong foundation in both Eastern and Western healing modalities.

My passion for holistic health and Ayurveda has led me to study Ayurvedic therapies in India, where I deepened my understanding of wellness through ancient practices. I incorporate various Eastern modalities, such as Shiatsu, Thai, Tui Na, and Ayurveda, alongside Western techniques like Swedish, Myofascial, Deep Tissue, and Trigger Point Therapy. This integrative approach allows me to create customized sessions that meet the individual needs of my clients.

I also focus on nervous system work, breathwork, and grounding energy practices to promote relaxation and healing. My goal is to assist all people, with a special commitment to supporting the BIPOC community.

Outside of massage therapy, I love spending time outdoors and practicing yoga, which further fuels my dedication to holistic wellness. I am excited to partner with clients on their journey to health and healing, helping them achieve balance and well-being.

I am an experienced Functional Medicine Practitioner with a Master’s degree in Human Clinical Nutrition from Maryland University of Integrative Health, along with professional certifications from Trinity School of Natural Health (CNHP) and Functional Diagnostic Nutrition (FDN-P). My journey into the world of holistic healing began with my own decade-long struggle with chronic illness. Over ten years, I saw countless MDs and specialists who couldn’t explain the “mystery illness” I was experiencing, but they had no problem prescribing medications to mask the symptoms.

By 2019, after years of navigating the conventional medical system, I found myself more chronically ill than when I started and dependent on numerous prescription medications I was told I would need for life. That was when I decided to advocate for myself and reclaim my health. Against the advice of my doctors, family, and friends, I began working with several holistic practitioners who opened my eyes to the world of natural healing.

Working with people who actually listened and believed what I was saying was a completely different experience. For the first time in a long time, I felt seen and heard by a team of health professionals. With their guidance, I was able to reconnect with my intuition, discover the root causes of my chronic illness, and completely heal myself through nutrition, targeted supplementation, and somatic therapy. Within a year, I had lost 70 pounds, become medication-free, and, best of all, discovered my life purpose: teaching others how to self-heal.
